If your recent order has arrived damaged or defective, you must submit a claim with us to receive a return, an exchange, or a reimbursement. Please refer to Our Policies and ensure your order is eligible for a claim and that you have abided by our terms upon receipt of the order.

We cannot process incomplete claims. You must upload at least one picture of the damage/problem to complete your claim, however more pictures are always preferred and in some cases may be needed. The better the documentation you can provide, the faster we can assist you and come to a satisfying resolution. After successful submission of your claim, our claims department will contact you within 3 business days.
