About The El Paso Platform Bed
The El Paso platform bed graces the décor of any bedroom with its gently curved headboard. The headboard measures 35” and the dowels are 1/2” in diameter and are spaced about 3” a part. The dowels add a delicate touch to the bed’s design, without compromising the strength of the headboard.
For an additional $60 (in oak or maple), you can purchase the El Paso platform with a 7” taller footboard. There is an extra shipping charge for the footboard.
The El Paso is available in oak or maple woods and is finished with a clear Danish oil. Each bed has 11 horizontal 3” wide spruce slats that lie beneath the futon. Easily assembled with a rubber mallet and a screwdriver. Assembled bed sits 12” high from the floor and offers ample room for underbed storage. Please check the shipping page for shipping fees.
The El Paso is available in twin, double, and queen sizes only.
For those who are chemically and environmentally sensitive, the beds may be ordered without the Danish oil finish, and with poplar horizontal slats for an extra charge, rather than spruce.
