About Our Bed Frame Sizes This bed is available to fit standard Full, Queen, Standard King and California King sized mattresses. The Dimensions listed above measure the exterior of the bed frame (mattress measurements explained below). One commonly asked question is what is a California King? California Kings (CA. King) are 4 inches longer and 4 inches narrower than Standard King mattresses. Standard King beds (King) are also sometimes refereed to as Eastern King beds by some retailers and are more common than California Kings.
