Please note that these mattresses ship from different manufacturers than our beds. Due to this, it is extremely common for beds and mattresses that are ordered together to arrive at different times.

Pluracol Polyols
The 3” memory foam base of the PacDown Plus is made from Pluracel V foam, which is produced from slab formulation technology to produce variable recovery rate urethane flexible foam. The Pluracel V foam is decided to reduce the pressure from your body and cradle it to provide a superior comfort quality all throughout the night.

High Resiliency Support Foam
The 8” support foam underneath the memory foam is made to catch your bones after the memory foam has conformed to your body. The high resiliency of the support foam in the PacDown Plus mattress is similar to the one found in car seats, made highly durable, yet comfortable and supportive for individuals up to 250 lbs. This support foam has a rating of 24/32, meaning it is 2.4 lbs. dense with a 32 IFD.

European White Goose Down Cover
Made from luxury white European Goose down, the PacDown mattress offers a luxurious upgrade from the PacBed Original and PacBed Original Plus. This cover is sterilized for guaranteed hypo-allergenic properties. It keeps you cool in the summer and warm in the winter.

The no shift construction of this cover is achieved with the quilted sewn-through-box method. This guarantees that the cover will be evenly distributed, while precluding any kind of migration during laundering. The cover is about a quarter inch thick and has an 18” skirt to fit mattresses of any thickness.

Down blankets have always been known for being impossible to clean without going to the dry-cleaners, but this down cover is different. It is designed to be perfectly machine washable. With its leak-proof design achieved by double-needle stitched edges, this machine is ready to be enjoyed!

End to end quilted boxes and stitching to the edges ensures that this down cover is unlike any in the industry. With back-tacking to secure these stitches, this cover is evenly distributed, longer lasting, and a much more durable product than most others in the industry.

Ten Year Full Replacement Warranty
This mattress includes a 10 Year Full Replacement Warranty. This means that BedInABox will replace or repair your mattress should it be deemed defective due to faulty workmanship or a manufacturer defect at no cost to you for the first 10 years after purchase. This does not include a normal increase in softness of the memory foam or any visible decrease in the recovery of the foam that is less than 1.25” because that is normal for the material.

This warranty covers the deterioration of the cell structure of the materials that may cause the mattress to have an indentation that is greater than 1.25” due to causes that exclude a sag in the foundation, box springs, or platform. This warranty also covers any physical flaw in the mattress that makes it split or crack despite normal use and proper handling. During the first 10 years, BedInABox will replace or repair the mattress at no cost to you.

Twenty Year Limited Warranty
During the 11th through the 20th year of purchase, BedinABox will replace the mattress at a prorated charge to you. This charge will increase by 5% from 50% for each subsequent year of the prorated period.

This mattress works best when placed on a flat, uniform surface. When using slats, be sure that the space between each slat is under 5”. Using inappropriate foundations may cause damage to your mattress. You may be required to provide a proof of the efficacy of the foundation used on this mattress in the event that there be a warranty claim.
